Our novel compounds are designed to target specific innate immune pathways to reprogram the immune system and drive a therapeutic response.\u00a0 Our clinical focus is developing INI-2004, a TLR4 agonist, into a novel, safe, and effective immunotherapy to treat allergic disease. We are building INI-2004 as a \u201cpipeline in a product\u201d to treat seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, food allergies and allergic asthma. We have successfully completed a Phase I trial with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/inimmune.com\/allergy-immunotherapy\/\"><b>INI-2004<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for seasonal allergic rhinitis and have advanced into a Phase II clinical trial based on the strength of the Phase I data. We also have an ongoing Phase I trial with\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/inimmune.com\/cancer-immunotherapy\/\"><b>INI-4001<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a TLR7\/8 agonist, to treat
